Welcome to Boyd's Bungalows II for Contractors, all types of Employees, and Nurses!  This home is focused on guests that will be in Kokomo or the surrounding area that are here for work.  Our NO frills home is offered at a discounted rate and more reasonable, affordable, and comfortable place to live while you are away from home instead of being in a hotel.  This is not a vacation rental home and focused on the basics to keep costs down.  We provided everything you need for a 2 night stay or several months at a time.  

Posh and practical, 1 bedroom condo. This delightful one bedroom condo is perfect if you are traveling alone. Located in a private condominium community, you have 2 parking spaces dedicated just for you. The living area includes a comfy convertible sofa that folds out into a full size bed. 55'' Roku TV paired with gamer ready internet, 100mbps! Working from home is made easy with a fully furnished office area. The fully stocked galley kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals in house. The bedroom includes a dresser and large closet, a twin trundle bed.  A stackable washer and dryer set comes standard in this condo along with a large rain head shower with built in removable wand.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Pet fee $50 paid after confirmed reservation.
