Welcome to Boyd's Bungalows II for Contractors, all types of Employees, and Nurses!  This home is focused on guests that will be in Kokomo or the surrounding area that are here for work.  Our NO frills home is offered at a discounted rate and more reasonable, affordable, and comfortable place to live while you are away from home instead of being in a hotel.  This is not a vacation rental home and focused on the basics to keep costs down.  We provided everything you need for a 2 night stay or several months at a time.  

Come stay with us at our fabulous 2 bedroom apartment with many unique features that is close to everything yet offers privacy and seclusion.  Open concept, the living room offers a comfy sectional and ottoman with a shelf behind it for extra space, one-of-a-kind fireplace and big screen Roku TV with content for everyone to find something they enjoy, a hutch that opens into a desk that is laptop friendly and includes our work ready and gamer speed internet, 200 MBPS. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook basic meals and includes a microwave, toaster, and coffee pot.  The full size washer and dryer are neatly tucked away in the closet in the kitchen with plenty of space for the kitchen table to sit up to 4 people.  The master bedroom has a floating bed with additional lighting underneath , unique headboard, floating nightstands with light fixtures mounted to the wall, flat screen Roku TV, and a nice size closet.  The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom bunk and a twin on the top, dresser, and nice size closet.  The bathroom features a floating vanity and a tub/shower combo.   The large parking area can accommodate large truck and trailers with motion lights in the parking lot and the private yard space.  We offer keyless smart locks and as always, contactless check in.  Sleeps up to 5.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

$50 pet fee will be applied after confirmed reservation
