Welcome to Boyd's Bungalows II for Contractors, all types of Employees, and Nurses! This home is focused on guests that will be in Kokomo or the surrounding area that are here for work. Our NO frills home is offered at a discounted rate and more reasonable, affordable, and comfortable place to live while you are away from home instead of being in a hotel. This is not a vacation rental home and focused on the basics to keep costs down. We provided everything you need for a 2 night stay or several months at a time.

Cute as a button and full of charming touches, this 2-bedroom bungalow is just the place for your next trip to Kokomo. Located in an idyllic neighborhood full of cozy homes and mature trees, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Quiet and peaceful, this home is also located close to local shops, restaurants, and the highway.

Sunny and Bright

The warm and inviting living area at the front of the home features a super-comfy overstuffed leather sectional sofa that faces a large flatscreen television. You’ll want to use this space to host a family movie night, binge your favorite TV show, or catch the game. 

 

A small sitting area with a whimsically-painted dresser leads into the spacious eat-in kitchen. White cabinets with carved wood detail and white appliances are clean and crisp, while the perfectly placed windows allow the natural sunshine to flow into the room. A dining table has seating for four people and provides the perfect spot to relax with the morning paper and a mug of coffee.

Lots of Workspaces

In the first sunny bedroom, a queen-size bed sits against a natural wood headboard. An office space off of this room creates an ideal spot to catch up on remote schooling or work projects— and the 100MBPS WIFI keeps everything running smoothly. There’s tons of storage here too, and a large full-length mirror. The second bedroom has a twin-size bed and another small desk space. The full bathroom can be accessed from the hallway.

 

Outside in the backyard, you’ll find a detached one-car garage and a large, partially fenced-in yard. If you’re planning on bringing your pet to Kokomo, this home would be ideal. You’ll also be close to lots of delicious local restaurants— call us for recommendations!— and shops. For a picture-perfect, stress-free time in Kokomo, Indiana, this home has it all.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

$50 pet fee per stay and billed after booking is confirmed.
