Welcome to Boyd's Bungalows II for Contractors, all types of Employees, and Nurses!  This home is focused on guests that will be in Kokomo or the surrounding area that are here for work.  Our NO frills home is offered at a discounted rate and more reasonable, affordable, and comfortable place to live while you are away from home instead of being in a hotel.  This is not a vacation rental home and focused on the basics to keep costs down.  We provided everything you need for a 2 night stay or several months at a time.

During the day, the living area is bright and sunny with a workstation and high-speed WiFi that quickly and easily transitions into a warm and inviting bedroom in the evening. Keep warm by the electric fireplace while you're enjoying the evening watching your favorite show or movie. Then, turn in for the night with the pull of a handle to bring down the murphy bed and snuggle in for a good night's sleep.

 

Off the living space is an eat-in kitchenette with a Keurig coffee station. Imagine waking up in the morning, making a hot cup of coffee, and enjoying the charming shared courtyard right outside your kitchen door. This cozy studio takes advantage of every square inch of space with the combination bathroom, closet, and washer/dryer. It truly has everything you need in a cute little package.
