Catch the game here or binge your favorite TV show— the home is equipped with lightning-fast WIFI (100MBPS) and Roku TV. A separate front room creates additional space for lounging, reading, or working out.

 

Behind the living area is an efficient galley-style kitchen leading into the dining area. Wood tone cabinets and a subway tile backsplash are highlighted by a charming, bright red, retro-inspired microwave and coffeemaker. The sink faces large, sunny windows that fill the kitchen with natural light. A sleek mid-century dining table has seating for four and is illuminated by an eye-catching contemporary chandelier. Sliding glass doors lead out to the wood deck and spacious backyard.
