Welcome to our small but powerful one bedroom duplex with an office!  This one bedroom duplex offers a queen size bed in the master bedroom, the office has an adjustable desk with a daybed and can be used as a second bedroom, utility room with a full size washer and dryer, and big screen Roku TV in the living room with a comfy couch. The kitchen has a cooktop stove in the island and the microwave doubles as a convection oven.  The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans and has everything you need to make basic meals.  Note: There is not an oven.  The kitchen island has bar seating for 2.

Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath, apartment that sleeps up to 3 with lots of natural light.  Bedroom one has a king size bed and bedroom two has a twin size bed.  Both beds have memory foam mattresses and are super comfy.  Fast internet, big screen Roku TV in the living room, kitchen has everything you need to cook basic meals.  The apartment is close to Championship Park, several restaurants, and super stores.  There is a coin operated washer and dryer located in the building for your convenience.  Sorry, no pets allowed.
