There’s a large flatscreen television with a soundbar that’s all set up to stream the latest on Netflix, Disney+, and ESPN.

 

Right next to the living area is the open kitchen. The natural light continues here— with tile floors, wood cabinets, and gleaming laminate countertops. A small table for two next to the window is ideal for sipping your morning coffee, reading the paper, or perhaps getting a little work done— there’s super-fast 100MBPS WIFI throughout the home.

Welcome to our small but powerful one bedroom duplex with an office!  This one bedroom duplex offers a queen size bed in the master bedroom, the office has an adjustable desk with a daybed and can be used as a second bedroom, utility room with a full size washer and dryer, and big screen Roku TV in the living room with a comfy couch. The kitchen has a cooktop stove in the island and the microwave doubles as a convection oven.  The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans and has everything you need to make basic meals.  Note: There is not an oven.  The kitchen island has bar seating for 2.

Welcome to Boyd's Bungalows II for Contractors, all types of Employees, and Nurses!  This home is focused on guests that will be in Kokomo or the surrounding area that are here for work.  Our NO frills home is offered at a discounted rate and more reasonable, affordable, and comfortable place to live while you are away from home instead of being in a hotel.  This is not a vacation rental home and focused on the basics to keep costs down.  We provided everything you need for a 2 night stay or several months at a time.  

Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath, apartment that sleeps up to 3 with lots of natural light.  Bedroom one has a king size bed and bedroom two has a twin size bed.  Both beds have memory foam mattresses and are super comfy.  Fast internet, big screen Roku TV in the living room, kitchen has everything you need to cook basic meals.  The apartment is close to Championship Park, several restaurants, and super stores.  There is a coin operated washer and dryer located in the building for your convenience.  Sorry, no pets allowed.
