Welcome to Boyd's Bungalows II for Contractors, all types of Employees, and Nurses!  This home is focused on guests that will be in Kokomo or the surrounding area that are here for work.  Our NO frills home is offered at a discounted rate and more reasonable, affordable, and comfortable place to live while you are away from home instead of being in a hotel.  This is not a vacation rental home and focused on the basics to keep costs down.  We provided everything you need for a 2 night stay or several months at a time.  

Welcome to our budget friendly basic home which offers two bedrooms with a fenced in backyard for your furry family member to play.  This home is perfect for our workers assigned to the area and this home offers a full size bed in the master bedroom and the second bedroom has bunk beds.  This home can sleep up to 5 people and pets are welcome!  Fast Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer, big screen Roku TV and comfy couch in the living room, kitchen to make basic meals, and parking in the driveway off of the street.
