Contemporary touches— like the coffee table and artwork— compliment the clean space. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a long night or sip your coffee and watch TV before starting your next shift. There’s even a small, built-in desk space for getting a little work done. Super-fast WIFI (100MBPS) is available throughout the condo.

 

In the custom kitchen, sleek wood cabinets, a granite countertop, and a classic subway tile backsplash create an efficient workspace to whip up a snack, brew your coffee, or fix a meal before hitting the sack. Built-in shelving houses all of the small appliances— like the coffeemaker, microwave, and toaster oven— cleanly and conveniently. Around the corner, a high-efficiency washer and dryer can handle all of your laundry with ease. Outside through the patio doors is a small, sunny, private, fenced-in yard. 

A Quiet and Peaceful Sleeping Space

 

The bedroom is bright and cheerful and can be easily darkened with blackout drapes (not pictured.) A teal focal wall and upholstered headboard add style to the peaceful room. You’ll love sinking down onto the plush queen-size memory-foam bed to catch some zzz’s. The ensuite bathroom has a modern bowl sink, marble-topped vanity, and a tub/shower combo.
